Deltrol's traditional coils are encased in Rynite® FR530, a 30% glass reinforced thermoplastic that provides UL-verified flame retardant properties. Deltrol’s latest coils are the "K-Coil" series that is rated up to IP69K (Deutsch, Amp Jr., Metri-Pak, Kostal). K-Coils add a zinc or zinc nickel plated outer frame around the Rynite FR530. The external frame design allows more coil power that helps in demanding applications.
