Deltrol Fluid Products with its registered office at 3001 Grant Ave. Bellwood, IL 60104 on behalf of itself and its affiliates ("Suppliers") hereby warrants to all of our customers and all their relevant affiliates that none of the products supplied by Deltrol Fluid Products which constitute iron and steel products as listed in the relevant sanction laws and regulations related to Russia, such as Annex XVII of the EU Regulation 833/2014 (as amended) or the UK Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 (hereafter collectively "Sanctioned Iron and Steel Products"), when processed in a country outside Russia, incorporate any Sanctioned Iron and Steel Products originating in Russia or exported from Russia.
